Eyal, an assassin from the Israeli intelligence, is sent on a mission to track down a former Nazi official named Himmelman. Seeing little meaning in going after a man who would soon have died of age, he accepts his assignment reluctantly, and goes undercover as a personal tour guide for Himmelman’s grandson, Axel, a young, bubbly German man on a trip to Israel to visit his sister.

Eyal is distant and business-like at first, but Axel’s openness gradually begins to influence him. The two men from opposite worlds develop unlikely friendship despite their cultural and historic backgrounds each of them has unwillingly inherited.
